Cabinet, Vanity Sales Post Sharp Rise in June - Kitchen & Bath Design News

RESTON, VA — Sales of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities continued their yearlong upward trajectory in June, the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA) announced.

According to the KCMA’s latest monthly “Trend of Business Survey,” released today, participating manufacturers reported an increase of 21.3% in overall cabinet and vanity sales in June compared to June of 2021. Custom cabinet/vanity sales rose 17.4% over the same month the previous year, while sales of semi-custom units gained 21.0% and stock sales were up 22.9%, the Reston, VA-based KCMA said.

Survey participants included stock, semi-custom and custom cabinet suppliers whose combined sales represent approximately 75% of the U.S. cabinet and vanity market, according to the trade association.
