Wooden Door Winery in Allegheny Township is officially on the market.
Owners Jeff and Chrissy Pollick announced they were selling their flagship winery in June, but the property wasn’t officially listed for sale then, and an asking price was not disclosed.
The barn-themed winery at 4087 Greenwood Road in Allegheny Township listed last week for $949,000. The property also includes the Pollicks’ three-story house just yards away from the winery.

Annual property taxes are $4,273, according to the listing.
The Allegheny Township location will remain open seasonally while it’s for sale.
The husband and wife wine-making duo are going to focus their efforts on the other Wooden Door Winery location in Vandergrift, which is open year-round.
Jeff Pollick announced last year he was diagnosed with cancer, and the family made the decision to downsize.
The Pollicks plan to move to a new home in Allegheny Township.
Some custom home features include a gym, grand entrance, hot tub, slate floor, custom wood built-in shelving, several fireplaces, a balcony and a master suite sauna.
Pollick said he will miss the mega-garage.
“As a guy, my six-car detached and two-car attached garages are something that I can’t duplicate and will definitely be missed,” he said.
The Pollicks are hopeful a new buyer will enjoy the grounds and amenities that he said have served their family of four well over the years.
“My kids absolutely loved growing up here,” Pollick said. “I feel blessed and grateful they had the opportunity to do so.”
